Club Objectives

The objects of the Society are:

(a) To become and remain registered with the Guild.

(b) To further the interests of enrolled students.

(c) To assist new students with orientation to the University.

(d) To encourage and promote cooperation between the Society and other Student societies.

(e) To do all things that are necessary and proper for the benefit and advancement of the Society and the Guild.

(f) To provide opportunities for skill enhancement, creative expression, and community engagement through workshops, events, and collaborative projects.

(g) To equip members with technical and creative skills in photography through hands-on workshops, tutorials and editing sessions.

(h) To encourage members to explore diverse photography styles and techniques through themed challenges, photo walks, and exhibitions.

(i) To create a thriving community of like-minded individuals where members can connect,
collaborate, and exchange ideas.

(j) To contribute to Curtin University by providing photography services, partnering with other
clubs, and showcasing student work in exhibitions and campus events.

(k) To inspire and support members’ career aspirations by connecting them with industry
professionals and providing real-world photography experiences.
